I got a 5mm to 6mm coupling. The 5mm side was perfect and required only a tiny amount of tightening to clamp snugly. The 6mm side was way too big (measuring almost 6.2mm) and cranking it down to hold a 6mm rod bent the entire coupling and stripped the screw. I had to almost cut it in half to get the rod back out of it.

The way it is designed does not allow the split to tighten down around the motor shaft enough. Did not work at all.
