There are more little pads than you need ford any one helmet. At such a great price you can keep them and share them with friends who want a better fitting helmet. These little pads of many shapes really work.

My granddaughter had brain surgery and had to wear a helmet for 6 months, it was hot and uncomfortable...we ordered these hoping they would help. The pads lifted the helmet up a little off her head so it wasn't so hot and the pads gave her extra cushion..as a 3yr she likes to play and falling down was our worry,

I cut my hair and my. helmet was extremely loose. I purchased these pads specifically for the fact that they were reported to have "volume" They did not fail in that area! Hoping the velcro and glue will adhere and maintain the it's adhesion. If it does, I'll be rated as a 5

So, I bought them for a tactical riot helmet. The helmet was way way too big, too bulky, and kept sliding around on my head. I added a whole bunch of these and it fixed my issue. Plus, I threw in a bike helmet pad for sweat and I honestly don’t even mind wearing it now. It’s still heavy and bulky.... nothing will change that, but it’s comfy and doesn’t slide around anymore. I’ve recommended them to many other people I know who need to tweak the helmet to fit better.

I used it for a universal fit NRS kayak helmet that didn't fit right( I must have a small head). I used the big round pad and it works great. The adhesive and velcro didn't move when I was using it. The pad did stay wet but that's what happens when you roll your kayak. I didn't notice it being wet until I took the helmet off and touched it. Great product for what I needed.

I bought these for a helmet that is worn by a person that has seizures. The helmet was a special ordered one supposedly made to fit but it covered the persons eyes and made it very difficult for them to wear their glasses. These pads worked perfectly to make the size adjustments they needed.

Cons: The foam pads are very solid and about an inch thick. Because of this, the pads are only useful if the helmet is significantly bigger than your head.Pros: The velcro stickers bonded well to styrofoam helmet components.
