Absolute game changer for me. The black boot the doctor gave me was so uncomfortable and hurting my shin. This one is comfortable, stylish, and amazing!

Lightweight, cheaper than buying from a local medical outlets that charge $200 CDN. Didn't get the white and blue model as specified, received the grey one instead. No matter, works fine despite the colour.

I am a recreational gymnastics coach and mom of 3 kids. When I injured my ankle I looked for the perfect Boot that would fit my busy lifestyle. There's no time for an injury in my life. This boot has helped me so much! I'm able to get around and have limited pain while on my feet for 3 hour gym lessons. I do end up hurting eventually from how heavy it gets but the quality is amazing. It holds air well and supports my ankle. My foot doesn't slip around when I walk either. The Velcro has held up and stayed tight the entire time I'm working. I definitely recommend this product.

Overpriced poorly designed boot. The straps are cheap, too short and the top plastic piece doesn’t fit properly. The top strap is too low and can’t be secured tightly. This leaves a 2+ inch gap at the top making the boot dig into leg when walking. How does this product get 4 stars? If I would have been more thorough in my research I would have seen this is listed as a frequently returned product. I can’t believe I paid $55 for this worthless boot. Do NOT buy this product. It’s a waste of money.

I used it for nothing. Air would not pump. Upon examination, two air hoses not connected and no part to do it. Even with a connector, it would slowly deflate with pressure of walking.With this type of injury, you think they would check it before it is sent out. What a massive disappointment. This company is blacklisted. It’s for a foot!!!

My 81 year old mother put this on immediately when it arrived. It was easy for her and she sent me a picture right away and said her ankle felt better already.

Loved the comfort, not to heavy or bulky and ability to add air or lessen. Felt safe walking with my leg in it. However it only lasted 3 months and for the price that is unacceptable. I need a new one so I will purchase a different brand :(

The boot is very comfortable. The airbags work great. Worth the money. best thing I could have bought for my recovery. The fitting size is also great!!!!!

So the boot is not white it’s more of a very light grey . So I was disappointed because I purchase to wear to a wedding . And as other reviews have stated it does not hold air you frequently have to pump it if you like it tight . Besides those two things I really do like the boot it’s better than the one the dr gave me this one is very sturdy and comfortable. I wear a size 7 women’s and the medium fits .

Love that this boot is light weight, very nice padding in the boot, the Velcro seems sturdy enough, my only complaint is that the air button doesn’t work the greatest, but over all I am happy with this product, been wearing this boot for almost 4 weeks now. Seems to do the job

Customwr service department have reached me to resolve the problem pretty quick. I was able to get refund.Top part of velcro moves around. So you have to hold it down to put it on. All velcros are too long for the size(s). I had to saw them to right lengths. Air pumps dose send air into air bags, BUT IT DOSE NOT HOLD AIR. I don't know it's hole in bags or vent problem. They NEED Quality Control!!!
