Easy to set up with two people (one person set up might be hard). Seems like good quality so far, better than I expected, really. I've used this for two outdoor markets for several days, and it was stable and provided great shade both times. It looks professional too. It's kind of a bummer that they used plastic zippers instead of metal ones for the sides, but they still seem to work fine.

After a trial run, taking our time (about 45min) to erect this is a high quality gazebo and very sturdy.Once you have put it up and down a couple of times you learn how speedbup the process.1 negative, it would be nice to have been able to keep the roof and sides when folding it down and it fitted into the bag that way, but you need to completely stop it down to fit back in the bag, we were using it at a football tournament so for ease we kept the roof and sides on to save having to build it every day, but we simple folded it down and carried it as opposed to staying to squeeze it into the wheeled holder.Another point to mention so buyers are aware it's a 2 man lift when it's in its bag due to weigh, however if you want a good quality gazebo this is to be expected.Would definitely recommend.

Pros:- Customer service is great and responsive- Lives up to the Heavy duty claim- Easy to setup- Bag has wheels- Comes with three side walls and one of them (at least one, I didn't setup the other two yet) has a zippered opening to be a door in the middleCons:- Heavy, even with wheels this thing is a beast- Stakes are worthless so you have to buy others- Possible manufacturing defect but may have been a fluke for just mineFirst let me say the "stakes" that come with it are a joke but everyone knows that. They are the small little straight metal rods which do nothing to hold anything down. So the first time we had it set up the mid-west wind took it and tumbled it across a grass field, rolling several times as it went along. We got it stopped, collapsed it and put it away until we could get some better stakes. But the reason it still gets 4 stars is the way it held up and the customer service. This thing truly is heavy duty. After getting home and setting it back up to check it out, there was not a single bent rod or twisted piece anywhere. It went for quite a ride and didn't suffer at all for it.We also noticed one of the brackets that is a hinge point for several rods that come together, had a bulge in the plastic. (See photos) I figured out that one of the rods had the hole for the bolt drilled off to the side rather than directly in the middle. This caused the end of the rod to bite into the plastic as it opened. Still worked but for how long? So I contacted the company through Amazon messaging and they replied within the day. They were located in China and didn't try to pretend that they weren't. They asked for a picture of the part and after I provided it, they sent me a replacement the next day. It took a week to arrive (from China) but it was an entire new assembly consisting of not just the single rod and bracket but two rods and connecting bracket.Bottom line, get better stakes but you can't go wrong in this price point for a canopy that will stand up to high winds.

It was disappointing that the one I received was not as advertised. This was evident as I bought a red and black one of the same model and they are about 30cm different in width and length. The red one was smaller and means I cannot zip them together as I had planned. I don't know what model the red one was, but it is also missing the wind up handles to raise the roof poles, so is clearly a different version of the shelter. On its own it is fine, but as a pair they have failed to meet my requirement. Would send back for a replacement to see if that was the right size, but am not confident as have had no response from the seller.

I really hate to leave such a low review on this canopy, but I hope to potentially solicit some customer service. Disclosure: I have no prior experience with commercial canopy's, this is my first. This really appears to be a great canopy, especially for the price. I did a lot of research before purchase. I have used it extensively in the last couple of months. It has stood up to heavy winds and rain, with proper securing. During heavy rains, a drop will come through here or there, but overall it keeps the interior very dry. It is easy to set up and break down. The bag is large and bulky, but great. I did get a second duffel bag to keep all of the sides and accessories in, as it is quite a squeeze to get them in the included bag, but they will fit, if I wanted. It comes with a variety of side panels, including 3 side walls, a door wall, a screen wall and a half wall. I have not used the screen wall as of yet, but probably will. I really don't see myself ever using the half wall, but it could be useful for other people's set-up. It also comes with weight bags, but I upgraded to a heavier weight tie down system. I am sure the included weight bags are sufficient for minor winds, but we get some pretty heavy storms in our area. Overall I am very satisfied with this canopy. Now for the downfalls. The first time we set it up one of the attachment loops came off that secures the wall to the leg. A minor issue, as the wall has many attachment loops. So between the other loops and zipping it to the other side wall, it remains secure. Also the pins that hold the legs scratched the legs pretty good, if you are not careful. I have attached pictures of both of these issues, and both were minor. I emailed the seller a pic of the broken loop and they said they would send me a replacement sidewall. Great! Problem is I have never received it and that has been almost two months ago. But again a minor issue, so no biggie. Now the real issue I have. Another one of the sidewalls, not the original one with the detached loop, has developed a damaged tooth in the zipper very near the top. Despite how minor it looks, and me finagling with it and trying to straighten it out, it will no longer zip to the adjacent wall. Remember this is near the top. So now I have a canopy that I cannot full secure at festivals overnight, because I cannot zip one corner together. This is a big problem. I have wrote the seller again, right before leaving this review, and I hope that they resolve this issue. Should the issue be resolved, I will update this review and this would certainly be a 5 star canopy in my view.
