The product is great when I am doing my diamond art. But the last time I used it 1/22 I always unplug it and set it aside. But this time the cord came apart and now I won’t be able to finish the art project I am doing. I am hoping you will be able to send just the cord otherwise I will have to purchase the whole thing. I really like that this is bigger than the previous one they made. It fits my Diamond Dotz paintings better. My last one broke after a couple years, and I missed the lights behind that makes the pattern easier to see

I love this light board - mostly. The functionality is great and the quality is superb, except for the cord connection point. I have to be very careful as I use it as any tiny movement will cause the cord to partially disconnect and the light goes out. The connection point is terrible. It just barely hangs there and any movement will dislodge it. It’s unfortunate, as this is a great tool for me to use with my diamond art, and I have no complaints otherwise, but they need to work on a more solid connection. It appears that their QA was lacking on this product in their rush to get it to market. Disappointing, and it’s too late to return it. I wish I had returned it now to find a better quality product, but I’m dealing with it as is.

Very easy to use, very lightweight and it's a great size. Makes it easier to see when doing diamond art. Love the different brightness settings, just lightly tap the power button to change it. I'm very happy with it and would buy again.

This product broke within hours of using it. The power connection somehow didn't work correctly. After attempting to resolve the issue on my own, I contacted the customer service email on the card which came with the product and told them the problem. They shipped me out a new one no questions asked!!This light board is bright and perfect for diamond painting which is what I use it for. I see everything clearly! I will say to be sure the power connection has perfect support at all times just to be safe.

My husband wanted something to provide him better viewing of his diamond dots canvases. I had a very old toy light box and it just didn't do it for him. We did some research on different light pads and chose this once because it also came with an adjustable stand. It's working ot very well and he is very pleased with it. He likes that there are levels of brightness, depending on the time of day he's using it...and he also likes using the stand. It was well worth the reasonable price we paid!

So let me explain.. This light pad that I purchased & recieved today ( 2/5/23) Im giving it a 1☆ review & here is why. Because the light in this light pad, does NOT go all the way to the end, & nor is it bright even on its highest of settings.. The photos I posted in this review, you can plainly see how dimmly lit it truly was & that it was on its highest of settings.. The ONLY light that can be seen is at the base, & even that on high isnt that bright.. so whats the point of a light pad that you caint even see. ALSO to make it worse, inside the light pad theres a dark looking mesh that has the smallest of holes & doesnt allow for what little there is, to come thru.. which makes it even dimmer. The ONLY Good Thing that I honestly can say about this product, was price, size & the cord. The size was great, was looking forward to using this on my vinyk for weeding & to line up images.. but with it being so dim, its going to be impossible. & as for the cord, I was just glad it was long enough so it could reach to where I needed it & not a short one like most cords are. Also thought it was a decent price for its size, but that's its misgivings. So I ABSOLUTELY would never suggest this product to anyone & Definitely will never purchase again. I honestly should return it for a refund.
