Item works great, I can put it up to my ear and can actually hear it. Yes, I do recomend! No instructions but it works so I'm cool with it.UPDATE: got another one, was trying to plug it in and the fitting is so tight it started to break. I recomend that when you go to plug the unit into the cord, you place your thumb on the recieving part to keep it more stable as you force the plug into it.

Connection very flimsy, no directions. No on/off button. Not sure if it’s working.

My teenagers immediately began showing changes in their mood. I still haven't told them it's there but my 20 year old used to have deep depression and is now more peaceful and looks forward to things once again. The home feels more peaceful. It definitely works

Power usb c needs to be upgraded and reinforced. Connecting power, pushed connector off the circuit board, only two solder points holding power port on circuit board.
