Installation Instructions

1. Please indicator in base and lock set screw lightly.

2. For measuring counterbore, use the flat contact. For sleeves with coining beads, use the pointed contact.

3. Place the gauge on a flat surface and set the indicator to zero by rotating the bezel.

4. With the deck perfectly clean, a measurement can be taken directly to the counterbore shoulder and then to the protusion height of the sleeve.

5. For blocks with open water jackets, the indicator maybe reversed in the base, from the position shown. In this manner cylinders up to 5-1/2" can be straddled to check both sleeve height and counterbore depth.
