The bags with handles have a very, very strong smell. The mesh-looking pouch bags also had a smell to them, but not as strong. The mesh pattern is simply decoration (and may give the bags some structure and strength too); the bags are solid plastic with no holes and the contents are somewhat hidden due to the mesh overlay - so you may require labels for those.I discovered that I had to unzip all 18 bags and then press out all the folded-over bits of the bags with handles, so that the entire surfaces, inside and outside, were exposed to the air. I opened the mesh bags too so that the insides were not touching. For me, the plastic smell was overwhelming and I had to leave them for several days on our deck to air.I got these bags to use in our camper as they are useful to corral items that could go walk-about - or fly-about for that matter - whilst in transit. The pouches are great too for organizing drawer contents. I used one of the bags with handles to store my small car vacuum and its attachments - now everything stays together and it is easy to move it to the trunk if needed.It is really a pity about the strong plastic smell, as the bags with handles, in particular, are very handy and just the right size for storing all sorts of things - and you can clearly see the contents. Love these for toy storage. Our kindergartner has so many toys and these are a great way to keep them organized! It also makes it easier for him to clean up.Cat note: one of our cats chews on absolutely everything including these mesh bags. They're holding up okay but if you have animals that chew you may find you have a similar issue and may want to keep these out of reach. I figure I would rather she chew futilely at the mesh plastic bag than eat my child's stretchy/silicone toys.

Great set of storage bags! The size is perfect for anything...toys, construction paper, craft supplies. The zippers work well and the material is sturdy. I love these bags so much!

This is a great set of organizer bags for toys! There are 8 clear, sturdy storage bags with zippers plus 10 mesh zipper pouches that will hold standard size paper. I will be using the clear bags with handles for the grandkids' toy sets, and the mesh zipper pouches for teaching. The mesh zipper bags are a must for teachers. I am very pleased with this set. These are good quality bags that should last a long time. I like the clear storage bags much more than the drawstring bags that come with many toy sets.

These storage bags have been really great so far. The mesh backs appear super sturdy. I've put computer cords and garage supplies (garden hose accessories, etc) in them. The clear bags with handles have been useful for various items. I put jumper cables that have been loose in my car in one. I used a couple more for hydroponics supplies. Before I got them, I couldn't think of enough things to fill all of them. Shortly after receiving them, I wish I had another order of them, they were THAT useful to have around.The one thing I would caution people on is that the clear bags with handles do NOT have stiffeners or metal wiring in the seams. I think it's a great product and recommend them, but it is my policy to reduce my star rating any time a picture misrepresents the characteristics of the product in such a way that could cause a buyer to order the product and receive something other than expected. In the product pictures, the bag edges all appear to be perfectly straight and the bags are unfolded such that they could fit contents at maximum dimensions. In real life, they are not like this. The edges are very soft and bendable and do not hold the bags in this shape, and the contents make the bag appear lumpy. Personally I think this difference is only a problem if you were expecting something different.

Absolutely love this product. Perfect to sort my children's millions of tiny toy pieces. Makes toy rotation a breeze. I can simply bring out a bag instead of them having every toy accessible all the time. Also makes taking a few toys on the go easy.Product itself has a rectangular shape which makes storage easier than the cinch bag that comes with many toys. Plastic is thick and reinforced on the flat bags. Should last some time if you take care of them.

These are just basic zipper bags but I liked that they were. We have a cube storage system for the kids toys and we used these for them. They're see through so we can see which is where and they come with labels you can stick on. I'm also mentioning that the sippers are pretty good as my autistic toddler likes using them to stim. This system also just makes it plain easier for the kids to keep their stuff in order and they don't feel overwhelmed cleaning up after playing.
