(This feel slightly rougher).- You receive double the amount for less than the OEM ($12.99/6 versus $13.64+shipping/3).- I have not noticed any performance difference.NEUTRALS:- None.CONS:- None.WOULD I PURCHASE?: Yes. As stated by other purchasers the pre filter for the motor is worth the buy. The replacement HEPA filters are thin and a joke.

The underrated and overlooked filter that is really important and the sole focus of this review is going to be the motor protection filter, as I do not use the AirClean filters. That's because I require HEPA filtration, so please keep that in mind when reading this review to understand that it applies solely to the motor protection filter; which in my mind, the cost of this entire kit is worth paying just for those filters alone.It is important to not neglect this filter, because it will contribute to the odors that are expelled from the vacuum when cleaning. When you replace each bag that gets filled with debris, you're technically supposed to replace these filters.These motor protection filters are superior to the OEM filters for two reasons.1) Density -- please see photo of the comparison held up to light. The density of these octcosy motor filters are thicker than the OEM filters that come with the Miele bags; this is demonstrated through how easily light passes through the OEM filters. I would also comment here that I feel comfortable using this filter in other products that have premotor filters too -- just gotta trace the proper sizing and you're good to go (for the samsung bespoke, for instance).2) Less waste due to dimensions for C3 users. Due to the dimensions of the OEM filter, you end up cutting and discarding most of the included filter for EACH use. For the octcosy filter, you can simply fold it in half and cut along the top sliver (see attached photo) for TWO uses per filter. WHAT!Overall, great quality kit that is cost effective.
