Don't chicken liver especially and or cut bait when you're using a two hook help s recommend it very much for chicken livers You don't throw them off and sometimes you get ones that don't have the membrane on them and it works great for that just when you rap the bait have a little tension on it as you rap

This is perfect for keeping the bait on the hook just that little bit longer so that the smaller fish don't pick your bait apart or pull it off of the hook, in hopes of catching that bigger fish. The elastic is thin enough so as not to make the bait look unnatural.

Works but is too time consuming, small rubber bands are faster and hold bait as well. Might be usefull in some finesse fishing situation.
