These are very high quality and very strong. They cinch down over cables and romex and hold down tight. They don't seem to rust or corrode. Likewise, they also fit through holes perfectly without taking up more space. I can get by without using any sticky tape that needs to be removed after pulling. Good value, and high quality.

This seems to work as it is supposed to. It is like the finger games of the old days that you put on your finger and can’t get off. It slips over the cable and as you pull it, it tightens around the cable. I still use some electrical or duct tape to make sure it does not slip. I tested it pulling some 14 gauge Romex through some conduit and had no problem. It was a short piece so I don’t know how well it would do under a lot of strain but again I did not use any lube so if you use lube the longer distance pulls should not be a problem. You get four of them so not a bad price.

i used to use wire 8's to pull wire through spaces but it'd typically be kicked over one side or the other that would occasionally get caught on something. this makes the pulls a good bit smoother.

This 4 pack of 1/2” maximum Outside Diameter wire pullers are wonderful in that you no longer have to waste electrical tape in a mess of anchoring your wire to the fish tape. Merely hook the clasp to the fish tape end and insert the wire through the opening at the other end, done!The wire mesh is tough and made flexible with a rotating clasp. It will grip tighter the more you pull on it…it will not loosen up until the pulling pressure is relieved and you are finished with your pull, great design!Perfect for Romex pulls and smaller diameter wires, it works well.Great value in this quantity 4 pack, awesome!

I had never seen this kind of tool before, although it's probably been around for many years, based on it's design. So, actually, I'm pretty impressed.I don't have a need to pull wires at the moment but I tried it out on some 12-2 w/g. Looking at the round shape of this tool's weave, I wasn't sure how secure a grip it might have on flat cable but it turns out...plenty! The only concern I have is the clip and ring and how it's attached to the cable weave. Sometimes you get stuck and need to pull pretty hard and I don't know if I'd trust these parts not to give way - they seem quite light gauge. The weave, however, has a death grip so don't think that is going anywhere.I would recommend this item as long as you're doing clean pulls and don't expect any hang-ups or trying to pull through some crowded conduit.
