I purchased the 4-pack 4PCS 10G SFP to LC MultiMode fiber modules. Connecting one to the Dream Machine SE in a home environment, and one to a home-built NAS but I am unable to establish a link. I do have indications the computer is recognizing the module.I do not currently have any other equipment I can test these on so I am unsure if it is a compatibility issue or (unlikely) a failure of all four units. I have seen some mention of a power-cycle from some other users may fix this, but I will have to wait until the weekend to perform this to minimize impacts to the rest of the family.

These SFP+ connectors are compatible with my TP=Link 10G switch. Other Intel and AVC sfp+ connectors have had issues with connecting at 10G speeds and MLX Connect-X3 cards. These connectors or GTek appear to have no issues with the newer cards. My Intel/AVC connectors worked fine in Connect-X2 cards.

I've been using the transceivers for about a half a year now and they seem to be reliable provide full speed and I've had no problems so far.
