I thought I would use these more then I really do but they are still cool if you are trying to come up with your own dice ideas.

For people like me who enjoy designing & making their own games, these high quality blank dice are perfect (easy to mark up with a sharpie or paint-pen). I will happily buy more of these as needed.

I have used these dice for a while now. They haven’t chipped and clean fairly well (which is important since they are…. Blank). The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that while they are close to 16mm, they do vary in size a bit. Over all a good purchase though.

I bought these to use with my kindergarten classroom and they're great! I bought a pack of 3/4" round labels from Garage Sale Pup on Amazon (1/2" would work as well but I couldn't find any at the time) and I write on them various things like letters or numbers to make learning fun! (Boggle Jr. was what gave me the idea!) You can write on them directly with a Sharpie also. I use them for teaching: shapes, colors, number recognition, letter recognition & letter sounds, beginning blends, word families, tally marks, tons of things. Definitely worth having around as a teacher or parent!

I really like the value of these dice. They are consistent in size, weight, and shape. The sides are smooth and the edges aren't sharp but not completely rounded either. They are exactly what I wanted.I used them to make my own version of story cubes with a fine tip Sharpe marker. It worked really well, except the marker smudges somewhat during use and, unlike on many other surfaces, the marker doesn't wash off entirely with rubbing alcohol. This isn't a reflection of the value of the dice, but rather an observation I wanted to note for anyone else who wants to try the same thing.

We wanted to be able to play my favorite game with my parents in their chairs clear across the room without constantly slowing everything down to trade dice. So I used these to make extra dice for them. I used ultra fine tip sharpies with permanent ink.Tips:After you have drawn on some of the sides, hold the dice by the edges! Your fingers really will smear the sharpie around because the surface is slippery acrylic. You can layer colors to create a better picture on the dice surface. I make a light outline of the shape, then do each color from lightest to darkest. To make multiple dice match each other better, line them all up and do the outline on all of them, then the 1st color on all of them, then the 2nd color, etc.You can use a good pencil eraser to erase mistakes, more or less. Use the rough orange kind of eraser, not the slippery white mechanical pencil erasers. It leaves a tiny bit of color behind, but it still lightens it up almost all the way to white. I didn't try it, but alcohol on a toothpick might work too, but that might go too far.The most important thing: after you are done, spray it with a clear matte spray. It makes your work last and no longer smear. This is crucial, and it works great. When you do, spray it from 5 or 6 inches away, or you can blast your ink too hard and the sharp edges get fuzzy. It only takes a light coat or two.Impressions:I am really happy with them. They are consistent, they have a good weight, and they are very similar in size to standard 6 sided dice. You can make them as fancy or simple as you want. They are also great for creating your own original games.
