Easy Removal Guide for Adhesive Mounts
To remove the adhesive mount, start by applying gentle heat with a hairdryer on a low setting to soften the adhesive. Use dental floss or plastic card to carefully peel from the edges. Remove any residue with adhesive remover or rubbing alcohol, and finish with glass cleaner for a clear surface.

These are the perfect size for my Vava dashcam base. The 3M adhesive is the strong VHB style. Very good price.

My wife's phone holder started failing, the suction cup had some gel adhesive that died. Her windshield has a black circular plastic where that went but even then I guess the Miami sun ate it up so I use one of this to just stick it back. It's been a couple of weeks and no issue, working very well. Comes with some adhesive prep wipes that seems to help. Jus make sure you won't need to move or remove the holder after, this seems to stick pretty well.

These Tapsi 3M VHB Double-Sided Adhesive Pads for Dash Cam Mounts are strong and secure but unfortunately they are gray in color and not black which the product description fails to mention. For some purposes the color does not matter much, but non-black adhesive pads stick out like a sore thumb from the outside of the car when mounting dash cams to windshields. Other that that, they do work just fine and are shipped with cleaning pads to promote stronger bonds, but I will have to find an alternative product in order to remount my dashcam into a different car because I prefer my dash cam to blend into the background.Update: Added a star to my original rating because the company reached out after my complaint about the color. I still cannot use it for my intended purpose, but they were good enough to update their listing to include information about the color in the description, which had been missing prior.
