If you do a lot of DIY projects, this is a must have. You can use it with different tools to find angles, and the bright display makes it easy to read. It’s super responsive, even to the slightest touch. I used it to set the angle on my miter saw, and it worked great. Turns out my saw was off by a few degrees, which makes a huge difference when trying to get perfect cuts. The magnet on the bottom sticks firmly to metal, like saw blades, which is really handy. It is small and compact design, doesn't take much space. Runs on two AAA batteries (included), so no need to buy those separately. There’s a bit of a learning curve, but once you figure it out, it’s a great tool to have in the toolbox.

This is a very handy, highly versatile gauge. A lot of thought and planning went into this design. It uses a strong magnet to attach to metal surfaces, such as a saw blade. It measures various angles and inclinations, and is really precise, allowing for simple and accurate use. This gauge makes it possible to accurately adjust your tool before cutting, and can all but eliminate the test cuts and tedious adjustments required when trying to make a precise cut at just the right angle. The backlight is great for working in our garage, where the lighting isn't at all even. This also charges using USB C, which is simple and convenient, and eliminates the need for disposable batteries.

My carpentry skills are decent, but compared to a pro, well, probably not so good. But, I still get it done, and generally get it done pretty well, albeit, my attempts take a little more practice (and wasted lumber, lol) and trial and error. I've got some projects planned for the future and want to improve my precision, hence, my acquiring this angle finder. In my testing I've found that the angle finder is extraordinarily sensitive and responsive. Even the most minute of angle adjustments result in a corresponding change in the displayed angle readout. At the same time, it also produces consistently repeatable results/readings when measuring the same scenario multiple times.I've found that the magnets on the top edge and the bottom edge of the tool are more than sufficient, and the built-in battery with USB-C charging make things convenient for recharging and not needing to worry about having replacement batteries around. As to the display - it is easy to read most of the time and it excels in low light conditions, but direct sunlight glare can make it trickier to see.Overall this is a good tool for my uses. The price at around $20 seems fair.

I have other digital angle measurement tools from GemRed and Stabila. Both are either more expensive or much more expensive than this tool. The two axis measurement capability of this tool makes them more versatile than either. The issue is about ease of use and accuracy.Visibility. Wow...my vision is not great so this is an absolute plus. The display has a very high contrast with the numerals and symbols brightly lit on a black background. I can easily read it from halfway across the room.Magnet is plenty strong enough to keep the tool on the blade. I also used it to adjust the table on my bandsaw and jointer.Accuracy. In the one axis mode this agrees with both the other two angle measurement tools. Both provide 90.0 for a true vertical from reference. It is very easy to use in this mode. The bubble level provides a reference when you want to use the device for absolute measurements (a laser level suggested that the bubble was reasonably accurate). The two axis mode is equally readable, but understanding the context is harder. The supplied instructions provide little guidance about what this is useful for. It is not switched on. Instead when one axis is less than 60 degrees two axis mode is engaged. I do not know what one would do if you wanted two axis mode where both were greater than 60 degrees. This may take a while to figure out. Here the instructions should be better. My most common use to to check the angle on my table saw blade after a change in setup. My only gripe with this tool is that it is rather long. This means that you have to remove the insert to get enough room on the blade to measure the angle.Power. This is USB-C rechargeable. Making hunting for odd batteries a thing of the past. It auto-offs after a couple of minutes of inactivity.Even with the quirks, this appears to be a good value.

Eh, it works. As you can see from the photos, it works and seems fairly accurate, but can't vouch for the durability. I do like the bright readout and the fact it has a bubble right on the unit. It can do all of the things, like changing to the units of your choice and do absolute versus relative measurements. It probably should come with a small pouch for protection in your toolbox. I have mixed feelings about a rechargeable item over one that takes batteries. An internal battery can wear out, and if out of charge, it might take a bit of charging to get to use it again. This is probably one thing that would upset me if having to charge stopped my work. This, and the lack of a pouch, is the only reason I dinged it a star. It's "okay," but a pouch and replaceable batteries would be better.
