These help sooooo much! I work in oral surgery and have to wear a lvl 3 mask and a lvl 3 mask over it with a face shield. I'm standing for 4+ hours for one surgery while looking down. For some reason I'm constantly jutting my jaw forward to try and push my mask off my lips/ nose. I can't stop and don't realize im doing and I have horrible TMJ issues and need botox to relax my jaw muscles. Wearing this item under my double masks is seriously a life changer. I'm not constantly feeling like I can't breathe and my face shield doesn't fog up at all anymore. It's amazing!

Love these. Not too hard, not too soft. Keeps me from soaking the mask and breathing it in. Allows mask to last a bit longer. Stops the degradation of the mask. Allows me to breath.

I'm an Usher for a couple of large theaters, so I wear face masks a lot. These work pretty well and they're easy to use, but the plastic does get sweaty against your face. On the other hand, better than nothing. The colors really don't matter, because no one will see them!
