The mirror is great at magnifying but it has to be left plugged in at all times or the light doesn’t come on. Because I have this hanging inside my medicine cabinet, that is not useful. When the light works, it is good.

Bought this to use for travel. The magnification is awesome and the light is really bright and very helpful! Can’t wait to travel wit this! Also great that it’s rechargeable and doesn’t take batteries!

I don't think this is x5. I have x3 and I can see better in it than this one. It does light up. The stand doesn't stay attached. Not too much more to say.

I like the size of this mirror. It works well for use at home for applying makeup. I have taken it traveling but, for me, it’s a little too big to pack. I like that it has a rechargeable battery. Pay attention to how close you have to be to be able to see clearly. 20% magnification is good for me. I think the 30% magnification would be too close to have room for your hand between the mirror and your face.

I like this mirror and use it regularly. BUT the lights are painfully bright. Even trying different settings, I have bright ring of phantom light in my eyes for several minutes after using it. I wish there was a way to adjust the brightness. Still, good magnification, the brace on the back works well to set it up, and the suction cups look to be effective (although I don't usually use them).
