Seem nicely made. I am using them on the ends of the bolts that protrude approx 5 to 6 mm past the nut do I don't scrape myself on them and can tie rubber bands to them for exercising. They arrived on time and seem like they would hold my 200lb weight but I have not actually tested that yet.
