SUCKs!! But great customer service from Amazon. Plan to throw away all your pots and pans just to get the thing to “work”…. Then be prepared to wait forever to cook!!

First order from Target Direct had warranty issues with one zone. Took forever to resolve. They couldn't find replacement part. Ended up sending back for refund. Ordered from Amazon. New one works perfect.

This is the fourth induction cooktop I have had. They don't do well with high lighting areas. We have had a surge protector put on our house by the power company that provides our electricity. The first one and second one lighting got. We purchased another one and while I was cooking I dropped a glass bowl from a cabinet over the stove and cracked the top in half. So my husband found this top on line and ordered it. I LOVE IT !!!!! It looks great, cooks great, and has a lot more power. It does cook faster than the others I've had. I'm goingto put a glass cooktop cover on it to keep from having anymore accidents happening. My husband installed it and with the cooktops price it was a super deal. If you're not used to an induction stove it does take a little while to get used to. I am thoroughly pleased. I have been using induction tops for over 35 years and don't want anything else. This stove gets an A+ from me.

I replaced a similar sized cook top and really hoped the sizes were somewhat standard. The width is ok but the depth was short. Fortunately I was able to position it so you just baaarely couldn’t see a gap, with the help of some weather stripping. Other than that, it’s working great. Boils water while I wait where with my electric I’d just go sit on the couch for a while. Almost everything touching the controls will turn the stove on but without a pan it doesn’t really matter, and you can lock the controls if it bugs you. Well worth the upgrade from the electric stove!

It’s safe but need a special pot to cook, without a few certain weights or type of pots it needed for this cooktop!!! Or I’m doing something wrong. I bought this for my friend and now all his pot doesn’t work with all pots.

This AMZCHEF induction cooktop is a fantastic deal. Not too difficult to install, nice features and really an attractive cooktop. In fact, it's so pretty & shiny I can't stop looking at it every time I walk into the kitchen.I'm going to do my best to keep it looking this way for a long time!

I have been pleasantly surprised! While not one of the very expensive units offered by the big box stores or the larger named appliance sellers, this is a very serviceable unit. I'm not sure how all the other induction cook tops operate but with a little trial and error this is working very well for me. I have been a gas stove user for a lot of years, so a little re-training for myself and I am getting great results. I am not paying too much attention to the cooking ranges listed in the user manual as I think they may be to high for the specific tasks. So you may need to learn the system. This is very easy to keep clean (Weiman) ceramic stove polish in fairly small amounts and a micro fiber towel work great. For only 2 weeks use I do recommend this unit.
