Hey there a modern manufacturer of a very old bipolar diode design. But for a lot of applications they're just perfect. Very inexpensive and they seem to work as well as any I've used before. I don't have the technical equipment to check all the characteristics and ratings but I can say that for my needs to repair and hobby work they're absolutely fine. Great value. Made in China.

The diodes are marked 10A10 M1C and measure 8.62mm long and 8.59mm in diameter. The leads are soft and measure about 24mm in length. The diodes drop 0.7V as expected for silicon. Was not able to test reverse voltage or max current, but the diodes that I tested carried 5 Amps just fine. I would have no problems using these for non-mission-critical applications like in a radio or bench power supply. These are fairly nice diodes and will do the job at 5A without issues.
