All Tools Available
Besides the bracket, a 4 pin to dual 15 pin SATA power cable and a 15 pin to dual 15 pin SATA power cable are included. Two 6Gbps SATA cable and one screw driver and 16 screws are also packaged. A complete set of tools is prepared to expedite your installation.
More Functions
Screw holes are also placed at the bottom of the bracket to support installation from the bottom, rendering the bracket more steady. There are hollow parts on the bottom and side wings to expedite heat dissipation.

Now I have to say, this is pretty good quality. The speed is pretty fast as well. Believe it or not, this has a lot of possibilities of what you can do with your pc by adding this onto, it definitely appreciate it. We'll buy more from our other pc. Recommended

This kit had everything, including a screwdriver plus SATA power cables & data cables, needed to install my first 1 TB SATA Samsung SSD--and I had some parts left over. The cables are a bit long but I suppose better longer than too short. I then bought a 2nd kit when I installed a 2nd 500 GB SATA Samsung SSD in another computer. With the 2nd SSD the original HDD used an L-shaped power connector and the HDD power connector was near the end of the carriage tray.When the 2nd SSD was installed in the tray from the kit the SSD sat too far back for the original power connector with the L-shaped head to be used. (The L-shaped power connect was now the wrong shaped head connector and the original cable was too short.) The kit included an adapter SATA power connector cable with 2 pigtail power connectors with straight heads. The adapter cable gave me the additional length I needed & the straight head let me connect where the L-shaped head connector could not be used.Incidentally the original SATA power connector on the old HP computer I was installing the SATA SSD in had 5 wires, one wire orange, and the new kit power connector only had 4 wires with the orange wire missing. The missing orange wire did not matter in my case or even apparently in most cases. The orange wire was a 3.3 V wire which SATA included in the original standards but for which few devices were ever developed which used the orange wire--3.3V. The kit's 4 wire power connector (orange wire missing) worked fine to replace the original 5-wire SATA power connector and install the SATA SSD..

I bought the newer version with the separate side rails. I only had one SSD to mount, and it was very easy. It actually mounted very nicely, and very low profile on the main tray, so I didn't even need to use the side rails, but it's nice to have them if I decide to add another SSD. All of the screw holes lined up perfectly with the SSD and the 3.5" drive bay.This version is an improvement over the original version, due to the mounting holes on the main tray lining up perfectly with the SSD, and also, the recessed cutout which allows the SATA cables to fit nicely (I used a straight SATA data cable, but I think the cutout would allow a right angle cable to be used if needed).I used the original version on another PC, and it worked out OK, but I was lucky to have a removable drive tray that allowed access for the cables and relatively easy mounting of the screws. I did have to use a little extra force to attach the screws, but I had a nice long screwdriver with a good grip, so the screws for attaching the adapter to the drive tray went in nice and snug. If I had to use the small screwdriver that came with the adapter, it might have been difficult ? The one minor complaint I have with this new version is the screws that hold the adapter to the drive bay actually started to "strip out", so don't use too much force on those ! Contrary to some of the complaints other reviews mentioned about needing to tap or drill the threads on the adapter tray, the screws on the new version actually went in a little TOO easy ! Other than that, I am very happy with the SSD adapter.

Les Cable SATA a angle droit sont inapproprié pour l'usage dans le tiroir ou 2 disques SSD seront superposé, le conflit viendra que le cable SATA va être un au dessus de l'autre donc vont se nuire mutuellement dans le tiroir ou sure la carte mère ou encore la il y aura superposition des cables a angle droits. Bien que pas vérifié une astuce est possible en positionnant les cable SATA sure la Carte mère et dans le tiroir en sens opposés. le coude vers le bas pour le premier en bas et droit pour le 2e SSD. Cela devrait fonctionné tant que 2 cables ne seront pas avec l'angle droit un au dessus de l'autre. Mais je leur suggère grandement de mètre des cable normal pour des SSD a cause de leur hauteur sa va donner des maux de tête au débutants.

Ordered this to install a single ssd into a new gaming pc. Drive location is tight and I was not sure if a 90 degree or a straight would be required. The beauty of this set is you get both. Honestly that’s the only reason it’s getting 4 stars instead of 3. Here’s why.Pros:* includes screwdriver (tho I didn’t use so I can speak to it’s quality)* includes 2 types of power cable extensions (came in handy even though I was not expecting to need it, made my install even easier)* has 2 types of Sata III cables (straight and 90 degrees)* screws are perfect size for the Samsung 860 Evo SsdCons:* open box with no seal upon arrival* parts just jammed in* brackets dinged-up and lots of scratchesLuckily for me, my pc had its own mounting brackets so the ones included were not used. I only required the 4 screws, 1 sata cable, and surprisingly 1 power cable extension. Had this set not be so comprehensive it would have gotten the lower rating for sure. So far it appears to be working well even if it is used/opened box. Will update my review if it proves to be otherwise.

The quality of the components was excellent. It turned out that I didn't need the cables, but good to have just in case. It's a good idea for a test/dry fit of the mounting to the PC be done first. Turned out that one of the necessary holes in the PC's mounting apparatus had not been drilled for some reason. I found this out only after mounting the new SSD and attaching 3 of the 4 screws to the PC chassis. Not a catastrophe, but I had to remove everything and then drill the blank area of the PC chassis. Not a problem with the item here, but with some PC chassis.

Delivered on time and as advertised. The Bracket itself went together easily and was a perfect fit in my tower, allowing me to put a 2.5" SSD in a 3.5" hard drive enclosure with no problems. As advertised, I could have easily added a second SSD in the same bracket taking up the space of the older 3.5" drive, and I may yet. Also, the kit included more screws than you need for both mounting the drive and putting on the side rails, so no worries if you drop a screw, and even a small phillips head screwdriver. A steal for the price, and having everything you need all in one box was a huge plus when you're already dealing with the stress of a hard drive failure & needing to be replaced ASAP.
