So far no complaints and the furnace is working. The last one I bought was the original style and only last 2-3 years. Let’s hope this upgraded unit can last twice as long

My furnace went out on a Friday night and Saturday morning I found out that I am not able to go to a supply house and buy parts without a license, amazon came through with the part, although the delivery was supposed to be overnight and it took two days and a lot of complaints to the customer service.The part was easy to install and my furnace worked in five minutes and 40 dollars vs. waiting for a technician and a few hundred dollars.The only reason for four stars is I have a problem with Amazon promising delivery days and being constantly one or two days late, why pay for prime.
