These are okay for the price I guess. Before I even attempted to use these, I went ahead and added grease to the threads and everywhere that had metal on metal areas rubbed against was his other, works a LOT smoother that way. You have to somewhat assist the jack as it coming up and down to keep the load level.

Not at all sturdy. This stand is thin, tilts easily and came pre rusted. It will hold up a flask. For the price, it is okay.

These are good and fully support my hot plate/sand baths/etc…, but it tends to lean a bit if you’re not careful as you raise it up (like one side goes higher first or something) so be aware of that. Definitely not university lab quality but certainly will do. Fairly sturdy and a great value for the money. Just keep that in mind.
