One worked great and one did not work. I returned them and it only got marked down as one package of 2. Not two individuals being returned so I ended up being charged for one I don’t have!

I'm a crossing guard for the busy street in front of my school. Cars tend to "not see me" or not take me seriously even in my neon vest and with flashing stop signs on either side of the road. I wanted something that would flash and hopefully grab their attention a little more. So far I think it's worked better.It's pretty solid. A car hit it twice now. Once I swung it into the path of a car that was about to nearly hit me, and I did so forcefully with the hope that they would hit it (they did). It dented the car - my baton was unscathed. The second time, my arms were already stretched out and a car hit it but not as forcefully as the first time - other than a paint mark from the car, the baton is still good as new.Unexpected benefits:1. I have arthritis and numbness in my fingers, and carrying a heavy stop sign makes my hands hurt pretty quickly. With the grippy on this handle and how lightweight the whole thing is, the pain takes longer to set in when I use this. Even having multiple ways to hold onto it helps mitigate arthritis pain - the wrist strap makes it easy, the clip makes it easier.2. It's lightweight and therefore easier to swing into the path of a car driving through the crosswalk illegally than a heavy stop sign. Legally in my state, if a car hits my baton because I stretched out my arm, they're still at fault for hitting a pedestrian, so I use this to my advantage when crossing tiny humans over a busy street.

The operation is pretty straight forward and the LEDs are bright without being blinding. The only complaint I have is that the top portion isn't removable so you have to find a place large enough to store it.
