Got it Saturday, made a loaf of basic white bread Monday, came out great and tastes good!! Did the 1.5 loaf size which is perfect for us, hubby is a big bread eater. Very easy to use, easy to clean when finished. So far so good, will post more as I use more.

The size is good for a small kitchen. The instructions are easy to follow and the bread comes out good. A little noisy, but not so much as to detract from the stars.

I have never used a bread machine before but I am very happy about this one. I opened it and followed the directions in adding the ingredients. Set the menu for the proper bread I was making and let it go. The bread was wonderful and the machine was easy to use and clean. The texture of the bread was just as it should be. The inside bread bucket works as advertised as the bread dough didn’t stick to the sides. This machine will easily make a 1-11/2 pound loaf. The machine is small enough to fit in even a tiny kitchen and light weight enough for anyone to lift for storage. This one is a great value and fun to make different types of bread. My next thing is to make jelly in it.

I love that this breadbasket is much smaller than my previous model. It doesn’t take up too much space on the counter. It makes loaves that are a little smaller, but that is perfect to avoid wasting stale bread. I also love the sourdough setting which allows me to easily make sourdough starter

I have been using this daily for the past two months. How did I live without it?I have tried the included recipe book’s instructions for white bread (delicious, soft, dense (no big air bubble spaces), and good texture for toast and sandwiches).I have tried the included book’s recipe for LIGHT whole wheat (my personal favorite, it is a balance of all purpose flour and whole wheat flour— soft, smooth, dense (no air bubble spaces)— flexible for sandwiches (holds together well but NOT AT ALL TOUGH).I have also tried WHOLE whole wheat recipe and it, too, is marvelous. It is a bit dense, does not rise quite as fluffy (this IS WHOLE WHEAT’s normal characteristics, not detriments!). It tastes delicious. Honestly the BEST tasting of the recipes I have tried so far but the texture is a bit too “whole” for my tastes, but EXCELLENT in its own class!I also have stopped the machine before the bake cycle and baked it myself in my own bread pans in my own oven. I preferred the loaf shape of the oven-baked bread but it was not worth the bother, so now I just let the machine do ALL the work including the baking.The slices are perfect toaster and sandwich size.So each morning, I follow the chosen recipe instructions in the recommended order. With a bit of familiarity it takes me NO effort or bother at all to “throw” the ingredients into the bread pan and then choose the appropriate cycle and size.I WALK AWAY and let the machine do ALL the work.I have been a bread maker for many years and have enjoyed it immensely. But it is a PROJECT when you bake bread without a bread machine. A loving and enjoyable BUT TIRING process involving a LOT of mess and clean up.The machine takes care of all that..How did I live without this bread machine?I love this because our children are gone from home now and we do not need a HUGE loaf of bread. This machine has an option to bake a modest-sized one-pound loaf which is perfect for my husband and I. I bake bread now for others as gifts or as barter payments for fresh eggs or some other exchange. This bread freezes perfectly so I have “baked ahead” a bit. I keep the smaller sized loaves frozen in the freezer, well packed, and hand them out as I wish. I have also sliced the bread before freezing and that works very well, too. Packed well, and with the fresh date in mind, the sliced bread does not dry out, crack, warp, or form crystals.However if you need a larger loaf, this machine has the option of a 1-and-1/2 pound loaf. ALL the included recipes have specific instructions and measurements for the smaller 1-pound OR the larger 1-and-1/2 pound loaf. I’ve tried both sizes : perfect!I have not attempted sourdough yet. Next on the list!Buy this machine. I am VERY satisfied with mine.

Love the carrying handle. Makes a perfectly sized loaf and on my first try. I figure that for two people who don't eat much bread to begin with, two loaves a week will suffice. And bonus, no more buying so-called 'fresh' bread. I give both the seller and the machine an enthusiastic, A+ rating.

Compact and easy to use. Bought as a gift for a family member have enjoyed many homemade loaves. Stays on the counter all the time. Sleek design, heats up fast, cooks evenly every time. Came with recipes and tips. Easy to use even for a beginner bread maker. Will not disappoint!

I just received my bread maker today and immediately went to work making a 1.5 loaf of bread. I chose the recipe with old fashioned oats and it turned out beautifully. Rose so high that it actually pressed into the window of the lid. Only negative thing I noticed was that taking it out when it was hot was difficult because I could not get a hold of the handle of the container because the bread was so tall and getting it twisted to get it unlocked from the base without getting burned at the same time was a challenge. But I finally got it out and the loaf of bread came out very easily leaving the paddle in the bucket. The bread was wonderful and well shaped. I want to also note that the noise while it was working was not overly loud. I had a bread maker years and years and years ago and this one didn't seem any different noise wise. Not too noisy. I like the fact that it has 19 different recipe options and also options for delay start and keeping warm after it's baked. I also like the options for doing other types of recipes besides bread that don't require kneeding or raising time. The recipe book and the instruction manual are quite helpful and easy to read. But in my excitement to make bread I failed to read far enough into the book and did my first recipe without doing a preheat of 10 minutes to get the factory oils burned off of the inside of the machine. Oops. But I didn't notice any thing bad with the flavor of the bread when it was done. Another plus is that this unit has a 2-year warranty. Other bread makers have only a one year warranty. This unit also came with 2 paddles (one being a spare part since the machine only uses one paddle), 2 measuring cups, and 2 measuring spoons. Other units that I have noted only Supply one of each of these items. If there's any other negative for me it is that the loaves of bread are vertical in shape as opposed to horizontally shaped like regular bread you buy at the store. The handle on the machine itself is a nice feature to be able to move the machine from place to place if you need to. I haven't seen that anywhere else. All in all I am very happy with this product. And the price is cheaper than many other machines.
