After finally finding some instructions (from another supplier) I was able to program it but the relay will not shift even though the indicator light shows the voltage has gone through the transition point. Bought 2 of these and neither of them work.

Shouldn't be that hard to provide decent operating instructions. Powers up but haven't had the time to do my desired window comparison function.

The first hurdle was locating user instructions as the product I received had nothing, not even a link. After locating a poorly-translated user manual online, I was able to set the unit up only to find the output relay is defective. The comparator does switch at the proper voltage as evidenced by the indicator LED, but the relay does not operate.
