Overall, this SIM card has been a great purchase. The signal is strong, and the internet speed is fast, making it perfect for everyday use. The physical SIM card I received didn’t work, but the customer service was excellent—they quickly resolved the issue by providing me with an eSIM instead, saving time and hassle. So far, everything is working smoothly. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The key is having a phone that is unlocked and or able to work with the the T-Mobile or Verizon MVNO SIM cards I was pleasantly surprised with a T-Mobile locked phone and I couldn't get a Verizon MVNO SIM to work on Samsung unlocked but they worked on Moto unlocked at an extremely fair price

Definitely not over exaggerating, Does work a times but speeds & general usefulness are not there, The value is incredible but what's the point, if it's unusable? Go with Mint, Tello, or Boost - you might get 3-5GB for around the same value per month, but at least they work.

I followed the instructions to transfer/activate my service. It said it was successfully activated, but I didn't receive any confirmation email. When I contacted customer service, they said it would be ready within a few hours. However, after a couple of days, it still wasn't activated. I planned to return it but was informed that I would be charged a full or partial restocking fee. This feels like a scam!

I just finished up the 6 month plan and here is my experience.Call quality - I averaged around 8 hours of talk time a week. I had, maybe, 1 to 2 dropped calls during that time. I give call quality a 4 out of 5 stars.Network - The carrier uses the Verizon network for its service. That network is very strong in my area. I did various speed tests throughout the 6 months and averaged around 80 Mbps down. Even in areas where Verizon wasn’t as strong, I was getting 20-30 Mbps. I give the network 5 out of 5 stars.Price - Before switching, I was paying $45 a month for a 2 GB plan from Verizon. That’s $270 for 6 months. I paid $60 for 6 months of service through InfiMobile. No contest, 5 out of 5 stars.Number porting - I used a Google voice number to test out the porting process. I didn’t experience any issues, but was also not told when it would be done. I had to open a case with their support to get the process going. The response was in an acceptable time frame. After I gave them the information, I expected an update as to when it would be done. About an hour later my Google voice service stopped on my phone. After a reboot of my phone, I saw that number was now in InfiMobile. I was fine with the lack of communication, but I could totally see someone being annoyed with it. 3 out of 5 stars. If you are on the fence about this service, I would recommend going with the 1 month prepaid service to “kick the tires”. I was very impressed with InfiMobile for the reasons stated above.

Edit: this first SIM card I got was not recognized but they did send me a new SIM. They were a little slow on the draw with customer service. But they did ultimately make it right. The reception is excellent. The price is great. But no hotspot could hurt the value proposition a little bit. When the introductory offer is over they give you an option too renew for 21 bucks a month at 10 GB which is pretty good. That's 26 bucks a month if you need hotspot. That's pretty competitive and you can especially make it a good value proposition if you buy 6 months at a time and wait for discounts and so on.*****Original review is below but note the edit above to account for the resolution a couple weeks later.Went through the hassle of setting it all up but the SIM card appears to be a dud. I have no idea how to rectify the situation. I can return it supposedly but I've already opened it so I don't know how it works. The pricing is great but getting a broken sin and devoting hours to troubleshooting is making me wish I chose another option.

Infimobile offers an outstanding prepaid phone plan at an affordable price. Operating on 4G LTE and 5G networks, this plan delivers impressive performance.Pros:1. The network coverage is simply fantastic. Voice calls are loud and clear with zero issues.2. Video streaming is capped at 3Mbps, which is more than enough for watching YouTube videos in crisp 1080p resolution without any buffering.3. Customer service is available 24/7 to assist you with any queries or concerns.Cons:1. International calling is not available at the moment.2. You cannot dial 611 to reach customer service directly. Instead, you need to call their 855 number.Overall, I highly recommend the Infimobile Phone Plan for anyone seeking excellent coverage, ample high-speed data, and unlimited talk/text at an affordable cost. The lack of international calling and the inability to dial 611 are minor inconveniences, but the overall value and performance make up for it. Don't miss out on this fantastic deal!
