I work as a robotics engineer and as such need to use machine screws like this quite often. I like to get kits like this because they provide several screws of many lengths and different sizes, so it is easy to choose some screws that are the perfect length quickly without having to order 100 or so of one length/size and wait a week to only use 5 of them. I also like the cap head because it means it is harder to strip the screw because the head is deeper. Overall a solid set and I know this will last for a while because of the quantity.

These bolt assortment kits are fantastic to have. If you do anything at all around your house, there will be a time when you need a bolt or screw you don't have. A kit like this can go a long way to solving that problem.I've included a picture of the smallest size (m2x4mm) and the biggest size (m5x20mm) next to a penny for scale to give an idea of just how big of a difference there are in the options in this case. There are 16 sizes in total of varying quantity, from 30 pcs for the smallest to 20 pcs for the biggest,as well as washers and nuts to fit all of them. When you see "1080 pcs" just know that the majority will be washers and nuts, but that is standard with all kits like this.They came neatly packed in their own individual bags in a case that can be organized. I do wish the bags themselves had a size label on them but that can be fixed with a sharpie.The case does include a layout chart both on the outside and inside of the lid so you know what size is in what spot in the case whenever you open it. A lot of times companies will just include the layout chart on a piece of paper that comes with the package so I really appreciate that this set has the chart not only attached to the box, you can see it with the box closed or opened.All around great kit at a good price and it's better to have many nuts and bolts around than not enough.

Screws seem to be of decent enough quality. The hardware comes individualy bagged. Based on other’s complaints, I glued the container dividers in place before I loaded it up.

No failed machined threads or any other issues to report thus far. Always good to have a stash of fasteners on hand when building, nothing worse than having to stop a project for a bolt!
