They measured at 0.66V for me, they are very fast, none of them have died yet, even though I accidentally soldered some at over 400 degrees Celcius. I think the 50 of them will last me a long time.

works well, it is very small, which works well for me. Based on the range of size, it is probably on the smallest size.It works so far with very limited use.

There were 100 of them, they all worked and I can confirm they were all fast switching diodes. I used them to build a handwired keyboard and they did the job without any fuss.12 out of 12 electrons, would buy again.
