Nitro Kafo is a Nitrogen Infuser for introducing Nitrogen gas into any beverage. Using an N2 gas charger and high level pressure, tiny little bubbles are instantly infused into any liquid to give it that signature velvety smooth texture and distinctively creamy quality, without the need to add dairy. And surprisingly sweet but without the calories!

Nitro Nozzle
Especially designed to dispense liquid with nitrogen. Its narrow design and internal metal restrictor with 5 small holes create the perfect pour producing a tumbling, slow cascading effect and settling process in the glass to obtain a dense, creamy, cascading head and head retention.
MASON JAR COLD BREW MAKER
The Kafo Brew includes:
- Ball and Kerr Mason Jar - reliable and durable with a 28 oz capacity.
- Fine-mesh Double Filter - made of heavy weight stainless steel, rust resitant, and will not bend or tear. Holds up to 1 cup of coffee grounds.
- Two Sturdy Silicone Gaskets - One wraps over filter rim to prevent coffee grounds from entering the jar while brewing. Other fits perfectly inside of lid for a snug seal and leak-free brewing.
Compatible with N2 Cartridges ONLY
Cream 8g Cartridges
Cream chargers are different from N2 chargers as they are sued for making whipped cream. DO NOT USE cream chargers to infuse nitrogen to your beverages
N2 2g "Nitro" Cartridges
These contain pure food grade NITROGEN and are used for nitro coffee, stouts, tea, cocktails, and other beverages
CO2 8g Soda Chargers
Soda Charger are different from N2 chargers as they contain carbon dioxide. DO NOT USE soda CO2 cartridges to infuse your beverages.

I’ve had mine for about 30 months and have used it almost daily—certainly more than 600 infusions. It still works, but the threads for the cartridge mount are badly stripped; the holder no longer fits squarely, and while I can screw it in enough to inject the contents of the cartridge, the cross threading gets worse each time I use it.I don’t know if the threads are made of aluminum, but I would expect stainless steel to hold up better. Still, as infusers go, this one is fairly inexpensive. 2 1/2 years of life is not bad for the price.

so awesome to have the creaminess of nitro coffee at home. cartridges run out pretty quickly but totally worth getting it.

***IF YOU STILL WANT TO BUY THIS GO AHEAD BUT JUST KNOW THERE ISNT AN OPTION TO RETURN IT. The glass jar also broke in transit as many other reviews said the same. There were a lot of other positive reviews but this doesn’t work as well as everyone else is saying it does. I’ve tried this numerous times and used the instructions provided, and each time had a unsatisfied outcome. It just tastes like normal coffee, except worse somehow? I wish I could get my money back but since this isn’t sold through Amazon it doesn’t let me return it like any other product. It gives me an option to go to the manufacturers website and then Safari tells me the web address was not found. So basically this was a waste of $80. I honestly would not waste your money. There’s got to be a better option for nitro cold brew out there.

I discovered nitro brew coffee not that long ago and immediately knew that it was something I wanted to have more often than I wanted to spend $6 on ONE cup of coffee. This little machine is excellent at creating a simple, yet decadent cup of cold brew coffee! It’s frothy, rich and takes the piercing bitter taste of cold coffee to a similar level of a hot cuppa!

I ordered a more expensive product originally and returned it because it was complicated, bulky, and expensive! This one is great for the money, it's easy to use, just make sure you order the nitrogen cartridges, otherwise it will show up and you won't be able to use your product! Don't come with the product

Update: threads to the charger stripped at just over a year. No way to communicate with seller.The glass brew jar could have been a little larger, when you pull the grounds out there is less than 3 cups left.N2 cartridges are not super cheap to find but overall is a bit cheaper than buying your N2 coffee at a brand store.I use medium roast coffee’s ground one step finer than absolute coarse grind setting.A 32oz maker size needs 2 N2 cartridges.Makes a very good substitute for the brand store coffee.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do and the coffee is great. The only caution I'd give someone looking at this is get the right size. The canister will loose pressure over time so if you don't drink the coffee in a couple of days you'll have to repressurize it to get the last bit out as nitro (or just drink it regular). If I had to go back in time and buy this again, I'd buy the smaller one for myself.

DO NOT buy this item. Whilst it has worked very well to date, after just 3 months the paint at the top of the bottle has started to run (where you screw the lid onto). This dye then goes INSIDE the bottle, where you will then drink it. If you have ordered this product, I recommend you to return it and I also recommend Amazon to do a product recall - it cannot be safe to be drinking this dye

Third time using this, and I love it!! It’s easy to use and makes my cold brew so creamy. It makes the experience of drinking cold brew much more enjoyable, gourmet, and fun! This is an item that keeps on giving and saves me trips to my local coffee spot. Love that I can go without cream or sugar but still tastes so smooth and the nitrogen makes it surprisingly sweet. It makes for such a refreshing bevy. Definitely recommend this product!!
